Rapid Replacement
Accidents happen - we have all been there. It doesn't matter whether you slammed your rod in your tailgate, stuck it in a ceiling fan, or tried to boat-flip a freight train. If you are looking for the quickest way to get back on the water, just follow these few, easy steps:
- Take a few high quality pictures of the rod. We need (2) of the break and (1) of the label section of the rod.
- Gather your Order Number for the purchase. This can be found on your receipt or other email correspondence pertaining to the order.

All rods with the exception of the Argos, Critter, Pup and Spice series are subject to a $25 tube and shipping fee.
In most situations, we will not require any section of the broken rod to be returned, however, on a case-by-case basis, we may ask for the label section of the rod to be returned.
