To Submit a Claim
We make submitting claims simple and painless! Unlike most of our competitors, we do not require you to send in the broken rod to us - saving you from spending unnecessary money on shipping. Simply follow the steps below to begin the process!
- Take 2-3 clear close up photos of the Rod. (examples below) Please include a photo of the rods label showing the Series name, Length and Power.
- Click the link below to generate a support request.
- Attach the photos of the rod break to the form, and include a brief description of the events that took place. Please be sure to also include your best mailing address along with the photos, so we can begin setting up the replacement order. Also, be sure to include the original order number for the rod so we can verify that you are the original purchaser.
- We will review the rod break, and upon the completion of the review, we will reply to the email address used in the form, at the link below. If the break is due to a defect, the rod will be replaced for free. If the rod appears to be broken for any of the other reasons listed in the "Rod Warranty" link above, a replacement fee will be necessary.
