If you are active, retired, or former military in the United States armed forces, we want to offer this discount program to you! If you qualify, please fill out the form below with your qualifications and verification of service. To expedite the process, have one of the following ready for verification of service, to keep this program with those who are qualified. If you choose one of the documents as verification, a digital photo or scan is most common. Please feel free to censor out any sensitive info. Your name on the document is all we need.
