Rod Break Within 30 Days?
Just got your new rod and it broke immediately? We know it can be frustrating, but we've got your back. We understand things can happen while the rod is in transit to you - please note that this policy does not cover damage resulting in negligent use after the rod is received. Follow these few steps below, then click the link:
- Take a few high-quality pictures of the rod. We need (2) of the break and (1) of the label section of the rod.
- Gather your Order Number for the purchase. This can be found on your receipt or other email correspondence pertaining to the order.
